“ An unexpected discovery in a bucolic setting that was a breath of fresh air. We received a very warm welcome from Benjamin, who runs the kitchen and dining room single-handedly. The menu is therefore understandably small. Everything is homemade with fresh, plant-based ingredients. I forgot to take a picture of the watercress, chickpea, and ras el hanout soup. My son and I had the butternut squash risotto with pine nuts and Bleu d'Auvergne cheese, while my husband had the meatballs with rice and lentils. We tried both desserts. All three of us thoroughly enjoyed our meals. Everything was delicious; it's so refreshing to have carefully prepared homemade dishes with recipes that go beyond the usual fare you see everywhere. The setting is simple and peaceful. We'll definitely be back in the spring to enjoy the view of the flower-filled courtyard. ”
